We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join the team. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. This is a full-time position located in Kannur, Kerala, India, and requires a junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. Interviews will be conducted in Ernakulam. Food and acccomodation will be provided. Preference for Malayalee candidates.

• Handle customer inquiries and escalations, providing excellent customer service
