Key Deliverables:
1. Overseeing the functions of Various Nursing departments of the hospital.
2. Recruitment of nursing staff.
3. Maintain discipline among the staff.
4. Planning of requirement, replacement and deployment of nursing staff in the hospital.
5. Ensures to maintain the efficient care and nursing quality indicator.
6. Makes regular hospital rounds with the Medical and Administrative Heads of the hospital.
7. Looks after the welfare of the patients, their relatives and the Nursing staff.
8. Checks all duty rosters, with plan of leave of nursing staff.
9. Ensures constant counseling and guidance to the nursing staff.
10. Participates in hospital and intra-hospital meetings and conferences.
11. Evaluates performance of the nurses and recommends for appraisal process.
