Responsibilities:-

• In-house Percentage level
• Incoming inspection for the (RM, JO, 43F ) materials
• Setup approval for in house process
• In process inspection
• Final inspection after ASSY
• Pre delivery inspection
• Recording in-house/supplier/43F rejection & reworks
• Taking Corrective action for rejection
• Taking Corrective action for rework
• Recording the activities in ERP
• Evaluating scope for grouping instrument/process
• Verify Raw Materials Lab Testing Report
• Instrument calibration
• COPQ levels
• Inspecting all the work orders
• Inspecting all the RM
• Inspecting all the JO
• Nos of NC raised vs Closure
• All SOP`s Completed
• Completion in ERP
• Instrument calibrated
• Closing All the work orders in ERP, which are completed physically
• Co-ordinate Cross Functional Team (CFT) to solve Customer Complaints for analysis Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) Report.
• Co-ordinate with documentation team and ensure work orders closing on daily basis.
• Maintain 5S System and Continual Improvements as per firm requirements.
• Maintain all documents as per ISO 13485 procedures.
• Resolving historical drawings in an orderly and timely manner.

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Work Experience: Min 6 yrs experience
