Job Description
We are looking for a MEP assistant (Experience - Min 7-8 Years , Qualification - ITI/Graduate ) for a leading real estate developer in Mumbai.Roles & Responsibilities * To change the drawing (MEP) as and when required as per the site requirement
*(Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, LV system such as CCTV, EPBX, Fire Alarm and BMS etc)
- To collect the equipment information, brand etc from suppliers/contractors.
- To coordinate with engineers and contractors with relate to progress of work on weekly basis, prepare Bar chart and inform concerned Department and HOD
- To ensure Inter department coordination and correspondence to be carried out as and when required
- To collect all shop drawing as per the final lay out and operational manual from all contractors and keep ready to hand over to FM department
- To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
- To prepare MIS report on quarterly basis.
