Ideal Candidate should have following:
- Must have deep understanding of all RCM processes & audit criterias
- Ability to interact with US Clients.
- Responsible for following up Data Entry, Patients Collections, Charges, Denials, Rejections, Eligibility verification, Insurance Processing, Payment Posting, Customer Service functions.
- Develop SOPs and conduct training as required.
- Review EOB/ERA denials and Patient history notes to understand and resolve denial on a claim.
- Must have work experience of Physician Billing.
- Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasing and professional demeanor.
- Willing to work hands-on medical billing tasks such as charge entry, payment posting, AR, patient calls etc. as per business requirements.
- Require regular bi-weekly/monthly reporting of relevant metrics for management and client review.
- Must have at least 5+ yrs. experience in RCM client account management for physician billing.
- Must have knowledge of medical billing softwares.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 office applications like Teams, Outlook, CRM, Excel, PPT, OneDrive etc.
