Job Title: Maths Teacher (Assistant)

Location: Kumon Raj Nagar-Ghaziabad

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths assistant Teacher to join our Kumon Raj Nagar center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching mathematics and helping students develop a strong foundation in math concepts through the Kumon Method.

Responsibilities:

Teach and guide students in mathematics according to the Kumon curriculum and methodology.

Assess students' current math abilities and create individualized learning plans to meet their needs.

Provide ongoing feedback and encouragement to students to promote a positive learning experience.

Monitor and track students' progress through regular assessments and adjustments to their learning plans.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and any concerns.

Maintain a welcoming and organized learning environment conducive to academic achievement.

Collaborate with other Kumon staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the center and consistency in teaching methods.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Previous teaching/tutoring experience, especially in mathematics, is preferred.

Familiarity with the Kumon Method or willingness to undergo Kumon training.

Strong mathematical skills and understanding of math concepts from basic arithmetic to advanced topics.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students and parents effectively.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
