ASSISTANT MANAGER OFFLINE MARKETING Executing marketing plan: Help with executing the marketing plans laid out for the month. Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports. Market Intelligence: Consolidate Market Intel by visiting competition, assisting in customer surveys, gathering local market knowledge. Planning & Execution of events: Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities. Customer Experience : Identify key touch points from the customer journey and bridging the gap between customers and the brand to ensure that the touch points across the customers\' journey are engaging, efficient and effective. This by planning & creating an experience in alignment to brand & campaign theme. Supporting sales: Right from producing informational kits to developing campaign pitch effectively. Service all incoming request within the stipulated timelines and are the go-to people for any internal marketing-related questions or requests. Vendor Management: Need to engage with other people outside the company too, such as vendors, partners, or advertising agencies. Negotiate best rates, develop strong network and manage the vendors from execution to payments. Qualification & experience 4+ Years of experience. Graduate/MBA in Marketing.
