Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Event & Campaign management:
  • Conceptualize and execute event concepts and themes, based on management requirements.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, media plan ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Reach out to Brand suppliers for collaborative events.
  • Create event timelines and project plans.
  • Track expenses and revenue generation from the said event.
  • Secure venues and obtain necessary permits. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
  • Supervise event setup, including decor, signage,activities, F&B and seating arrangements.
  • Develop event marketing strategies to attract customer walk-ins and supplier participation.
  • Analyze event data and metrics to assess performance. Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for future events
Creative Agency Management:
  • Preparing and maintain the brand calendar for the year along with marketing activity list with marketing review presentation
  • Develop Marketing Communication materials such as Direct Marketing Communication, flyers, social media creatives, digital ads, ATL creative and BTL branding in liaison with the creative agency.
  • Campaign briefings to agency involved - digital, event, brand on-boarding, store launch
  • Guiding and briefing agency/photographer in ideation for concept shoots or in-house brands.
  • Internal creative liaison with the graphic designer
  • Internal approval on creatives/ media plans and events.

Supplier/Vendor Relationship Management
  • Develop strong ties with the Brand suppliers and event vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve favorable terms.
SoMe Management
  • Overseeing Social media content planning.
  • Overseeing maintenance of social media hygiene & engagement based on brand guidelines
  • Plan and execute Influencer Collaboration
  • Overseeing Influencer marketing activation - content creation, PR gifting
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion (NIFT/NSHM) background or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-4 years(max.) of experience in relevant field.
  • Strong background in events and general marketing management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for social media.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Open to frequent travel across the country.
