Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MDM Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Intune and JAMF for our Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring evening shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM IST, supporting a UK-based client. • Managing mobile device landscapes, including corporate device portals, single-user, and multiple-user device management for both corporate and personal iOS/Android devices, and HoloLens.
• Handle mobile application packaging and deployment.
• Provide comprehensive support for mobile and handheld devices including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
• Manage specialty devices, including shared corporate devices.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in mobile device management tools, specifically Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
• Any graduate, preferably with a B.E/ B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be available to work shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM IST and have a notice period of 0-30 days.
• Strong knowledge of mobile device management, mobile application packaging, and providing support for various mobile and handheld devices.
