Title: Asst. Manager Location: Delhi, India Reports to: Senior Manager How you will help Monitor employee attendance to ensure that employees are regularly showing up for work on time Maintaining employees data files for records HR related activities. Monthly payroll input to be shared with HO. Managing recruitment & selection process efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll input updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates Direct the collection, computing, and documentation of payroll data Manage and resolving any issues related to payroll Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors Supporting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives . Inform employees about the investment declaration process, and follow up with employees for the investments details to maintain data payroll software for monthly TDS calculation. Preparation of MIS reports related to monthly compensation process represent to Management. (like Emp count, CTC, Salary MIS, etc.) on monthly basis. To maintain registers like attendance cum wages register, Leave register, Bonus register, Maternity benefit register, accident register, HRA register, Inspection book, etc related to shops establishment . Should have fair knowledge of Compliance. Employee Engagement & Employee Relations. Handle employee queries on HR operations and payroll process. What we expect Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice. Updating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in co-ordination with the HOD & management. Initiating new ideas from time-to-time to ensure employee motivation. How we expect you to do it Maintain calendars of HR management team. HRMIS. Training & Development. Employee Relations & Employee Engagements. Pay Roll management.
