Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Planning and Execution of component level, system level and Vehicle level DVP test plans as per agreed timelines for HV / LV battery Pack System, Charging system (OBC, Off Board Charger, Fast Charging) and Battery Management System (BMS). Escalation of issues to respective CFT, Timely Release of test reports and DVP&R.
- Execution of Regulatory and Certification tests related to - HV Battery Pack & Charging System. (AIS 048, AIS 156, IS 12405).
- Testing components as per automotive standards like AIS, ECE, ISO, IEC. Formulation of new test cases based on RWUP, Field failure simulations and CFT inputs.
- Knowledge of Cell Chemistry and cell testing, Knowledge of Environmental, NVH, Thermal testing for automotive HV Battery, Charger & related components.
- Interacting with testing agencies for external testing of components as defined in component test plans.
- Knowledge in quality tools- like 8D, Fault Tree Analysis, and knowledge in EV component and their functions. CAN & Analog Data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation as per Logics and architecture and report release.
