Daily stock check of Finished goods maintain data on daily basis for the same. Sharing daily stock report with all the stakeholders Managing and aligning the FG for counting and inspection and submitting reports accurately Maintaining FIFO (first In First Out) of finished Goods. Storing the FG to conserve space meet the quality standards Preparing documents related to FG dispatches Track and keep the record of excise permit on daily basis Ensure compliance of Hologram/barcode required for finishes goods export Follow up coordinate with brewing Packaging team for daily updating excise register Work towards minimizing FG breakages at warehouse Provide inputs for preparing monthly MIS on transporter service levels. Maintain upkeep of the forklift, forklift batteries, hand operated pallet trucks, pallets Training of forklift drivers, FG loaders, truck drivers to ensure safe handling of FG Work in close coordination with FG loaders, forklift operators, palletizing team to ensure smooth and safe operations Maintain Good housekeeping at the warehouse as per FSMS (food safety management system) standards Follow safety systems and adherence to safety work permits Execution of internal/external audits pending points Qualification and Skill Set Any graduate, preferably commerce graduate 6 to 7 years with manufacturing Industry, preferably alchobev industry Must know local language (Understand, write read) Knowledge experience of SAP MS office will be preferred Added Advantage: Knowledge of state excise rules/Act Role and Responsibilities Daily stock check of Finished goods maintain data on daily basis for the same.
