Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Manager BD-Sales at DroneWorks Engineering Solutions Private Limited in Pune. As a part of the sales team, you will be responsible for day-to-day business development and sales activities. This includes identifying and approaching potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing proposals and presentations. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business development and sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of the engineering or consultancy industry Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work well in a team Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
