MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Talent Acquisition:
a) Maintaining good relationship with campuses to get top slot for campus recruitment
b) Sourcing resumes from portals / consultants / employee referrals
c) Screening application, short-listing the candidates
d) Scheduling interviews in coordination with assessment panel
d) Negotiation and releasing offers to candidates
e) Conduct pre-employment verification check
2) On boarding:
a) Handholding of candidates till joining and 3 months post joining
b) Sharing new joinee details for addition in the system
c) Conduct induction on various HR policies
3) Employee Engagement:
a) Conduct Stay interview with employees
b) Undertake annual employee engagement survey
c) Conduct survey findings, action plan & implementation of interventions based on the survey findings
d) Managing Group Insurance Policy for Hospitalization
4) Performance Management:
a) Conduct annual and half-yearly performance review for all employees
b) Ensure delivery of development plan for High potential employees.
5) Training & Development:
a) Ensure compliance of the training calendar
b) Co-ordinate with external vendors on the trainings to be conducted for individual/ department
c) Facilitate training programs in coordination with Function Leads
d) Maintain training MIS on the manhours and expenses
5) Insurance: Managing Group Hospitalisation Insurance, negotiating good premium and benefits from Insurance company.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
EDUCATION : Full time MBA / PGBA in HR with 5- 7 yrs experience in Human Resources function
LANGUAGE : High proficiency in English and Hindi required
TECHNICAL SKILLS : Expert Microsoft Office skills like Word, Power Point and Excel. Experience in HRIS-SAP or any Online HRIS system
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS : Initiative taking, negotiation skills, communication and relationship Management
KEY COMPETENCIES : Team Player, Communication Skills, Project management, Relationship building, Decision making, Good command Presentations and Analytical skills
OTHER REQUIREMENTS : Travel to various location to gauge engagement, train employees on HR best practices
