You will help develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment. Additionally, you will assist in managing security personnel, conducting investigations, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alarms and incidents promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures
