Marketing Strategy & Budget planning:1.1 Planning and managing the annual marketing budget.1.2 Conceptualize, plan & execute quarterly activity calendar (Internal and external) for the company.1.3 Conceptualize various internal and external promotional activities like seminars, exhibitions, workshops, webinars,advertisement etc across the country to drive positive brand positioning.1.4 Liaise with Global and Regional teams to understand the global objectives, collaborate and cascade them at India region.1.5 Build better brand image by way of showcasing solutions and effective PR management.2. Execution of Marketing Strategy:2.1 Develop marketing materials like newsletters, EDMs in collaboration with the marketing department to create brand awarenessand generate sales leads.2.2 Manage digital promotion on various platforms like LinkedIN, FB, Youtube etc and to increase followers + leads by way ofpromoting brand & solutions2.3 Prepare marketing weapons like application notes, conversion guides, leaflets & flyers on products & solution & increaseengagement with customers2.4 Coordination with internal departments of OMRON to ensure the project is executed and completed effectively.2.5 Connect Omron with customers, partners & employees by various ways & improve market connects.2.6 End to End vendor and agency management.3.
