Developing Export Strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to maximize export sales and profitability.3. Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and maintaining efficient export procedures.4. This includes pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards. 5. Building and Managing Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, distributors, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
