In this role, as an HR leader, you will partner with business leaders to attract, engage and retain global talent to support business priorities and growth. HR function plays a critical role in Genpact, owning to the business model and culture, and you will have a sound platform to make an impact.
We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of people management to enable a high-performance culture.Responsibilities

  • Own the HR admin, Payroll and HR compliance processes, per the local labour law and company policies.
  • Performs all employment and payroll related activities, in cooperation with the regional HR Ops team and local HR vendors.
  • Respond to employee-specific queries related to HR Admin and payroll matters.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with local management and HR BP and offer expert advice in all matters relating to employment relations.
  • Give local labor law input for employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy to the HR BPS
  • Support growth pursuits, as well as organizational transformation processes from the local HR perspective (including redundancies, M&A due diligence effort and employee transfer projects)
  • Partner with the regional leadership team to attract, engage, develop and retain the best talent to deliver on business strategy.
  • Review organization structure and effectiveness to ensure alignment.

  • Fluency in German and English languages

  • Good collaboration skills: proactively approaches immediate and extended team for solving problems or building new solutions

  • Organized personality with attention to detail, able to work simultaneously on different projects
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • University degree or equivalent
  • CIPD or equivalent HR certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics.
  • Relevant experience in HR field, covering payroll, HR admin and HR compliance in an international organization, preferable within a matrix structure.
  • Proven track record in an independent role within HR functions as HR Generalist or HR Manager
  • Previous experience in HR vendor management and employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
  • Expertise in HR in another European country can be a plus.
