In addition to the same he would share initiatives with stakeholders to identify savings opportunities, negotiate with suppliers (If required). He would be leading the team & assisting team members in preparing RFx comparison & support in ad hoc initiatives as requested by category managers.ResponsibilitiesLead team & business in delivering as per agreed SLA\xe2\x80\x99s & quality parameters.Exposure to project management, strategic Souring, end to end cycle of procurement, identification of opportunities in cost savings & delivering value delivery to customer.Assisting team members in providing sourcing support in terms of performing techno commercial comparison, drafting RFx documentation & validation of supplier responsesEnsure that all team members are cross trained & back up for managing SLAs contractually agreed with stakeholders.Sharing regular feedback from category managers with team, documenting the same for missed SLA\xe2\x80\x99s & poor service quality etc.Ensure there are daily catch ups within the team to reduce the count of queries & effective resolution of pending volumes.Regular overview of aged service now cases on sampling basis ensuring team members are providing proper response to business.Timely hiring of resources & completing all formalities on timeEnsure to create a second line of back-up so that operations can be managed in his or her absence.Finding process gap & suggesting continuous improvements from system & process perspective to streamline operations.Collaborates across and within teams and builds strong relationships with external and internal customers to match the right solution to each customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs \xe2\x80\x93 placing the customer at the heart of decisions.Daily stand-ups meetings and work planning including catch-up calls with onshore SMEs as and when neededThe leader will be doing an overview of all reports as per due date.Closely monitoring service now & coordinate frequently with team while responding queries to stakeholdersEnsuring all new cases in queue should be actioned proactively and efficiently within SLA.Ensure that all queries are responded to & actioned by RCA.Regular monitoring of aged cases. In progress cases should be actioned on time considering ageing period & pending invoiceEnsure effective service now management in terms of cases are actioned & follow ups done on time.Regular allocation of service now cases & tasks on daily basis, three times a day.All SOP\xe2\x80\x99s & business rules are updated & approved incorporating procurement alerts.Utilization & error log would be updated on monthly basisTo identify and deliver Value Engineering projects which remove cost from our process that are not-value added activities.Blocking calendar with category managers, attending meetings on fortnightly basis to understand pain points & their expectations from future engagements.Implement improvement measures to improve the performance of the team in terms of reduction of errors & quality of operations.Lead specific Improvement initiatives (for instance these may relate to new process to be transitioned & current capacity optimization)Ensuring that all monthly & weekly packs are published on time with accuracy.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / SkillsRelevant years working in a multi-site Procurement role.
