Job Title: Assistant Manager - Medical Coding RAD and ED (Profee)

Location: Bangalore - Work from Office
Reports To: Coding Operations Manager

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Medical Coding specializing in Radiology coding . The ideal candidate will also have experience in Emergency Department (Profee) , which will be an added advantage. This role involves leading and overseeing a team of coders, ensuring coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflows. Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of a team of coders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines, with a focus on Emergency Department (Profee) and Radiology Coding .
• Ensure timely completion of coding tasks and meet quality and productivity targets .
• Handle client communications to discuss coding-related queries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular coding audits to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with operations teams and auditing teams to resolve coding-related issues.
• Stay updated on coding regulations, payer requirements, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification.
• 7+ years of medical coding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Radiology coding ; additional Emergency Department (Profee) experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of medical coding guidelines and regulations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
