JOB SUMMARY:
To ensure sustainable business growth for Distributed Solar business by managing business development, channel development, cultivating key strategic relationships & meeting stakeholders\' expectations. Candidates from Residential and Small Rooftop businesses will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Prepare the market strategy for assigned States with a focus line with yearly business targets.
- Lead the sales process and project delivery in the assigned region, from lead generation to successful completion & commercial closure with channel partners or MDBs
- Work with and expand the current prospect database to generate effective leads & convert them with desired profitability.
- Develop and manage channel partners for the specified region to meet business targets.
- Prepare monthly updates including competitor activity, new business, policy updates, etc.
- Provide feedback on emerging business trends and best industry practices to refine the business model, delivery, and distribution channels.
- Represent at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums & other events.
REQUIREMENT :
- Technical understanding of Solar PV technology and EPC process
- Channel Management (EPC through Channel)
- Commercial acumen
- Client Relationship Management
- Self-driven, independently functioning
- Knowledge of PV Syst and Solar Labs
- Experience in using Advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
