Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

• Patient Care:
• Oversee patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
• Assist in implementing patient care policies and procedures.
• Staff Management:
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising clinic staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
