Assistant Manager Stores - National Service Center (Warehouse)
Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible to manage the Inventory planning & Data Administrator for National Service Centre. Shall be responsible for stocking & Shipping of right part and right quantity. Shall ensure that timely Demand Planning is generated to cater to the Customer Requirement. To closely coordinate with Procurement Team for planning the inventory and to coordinate with Regions for Inventory Management.
On a typical day you will:• Inventory Planning
• Weekly Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) Process
• Forecast & Safety stock analysis of spares time to time
• Supply Chain Management file for procurement
• Manufacturing data to be prepared for Contract as per Contract Ordering Data (COD) / Drawing
• Part number confirmation with Source (Import) as per the contract
• Item Part master creation in system (JDE)
• Parameter Updation of spare parts in the respective Regions in system (JDE)
• Communicate with Procurement Team for spares purchase after specifying part parameters
• Coordinate with Regions on Contract ordering data (COD) for clarifications
• Sales Order changes as per requirement in the system based on item master changes
• Excess & Obsolete inventory analysis time to time at National Service Center (Warehouse) & Pan India
• Daily Review of Shut down / Urgent orders along with Procurement Team
• Closely coordinate with Field Operations Department (FOD) / Contract Engineering (CE) / BW Factory and all Regions
