Location(s)Bangalore, KarnatakaCompanyMolexCareer FieldSupply ChainJob Number148728Your JobTo work on warehouse optimization in terms of cost and quality and productivity, , manage team of warehouse towards common goal of organization.What You Will DoReduce Warehouse cost, space utilizationEnsure proactive internal and external customer communicationEnsure clearance of all DN and stock available at plant on time.Ensure 100% accuracy of CC of RM and FG on time.Revenue targets to achieve Maximum billingTransactional process supportResource allocation with optimization of resources with maximum output.Establishing and maintaining a teamwork environmentTimely escalations of critical issues to LeadershipSetting up standard processes, benchmarking with other Molex sitesDigitization/Automation of manual processes for better productivityOptimize labor efficiency Maximize and optimize all available spaceOwns up complete Value Stream for the product / product family assigned and work on improving the Lead time.Zero errors in all Warehouse transactions Follow EHSMS, QMSS and other legal requirement.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)BE / Diploma8 to 10 years in WH operation.WMS background strongly preferredWhat Will Put You AheadStrong project management skillHard Core exposure to manpower handling amd manual process optimzationGood Analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of SAP and master data setup and maintenanceAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
