Job Title Assistant Manager | Valuations | Bangalore Summary Assist in the back-end analysis, client related activities along with field activities.About the Job:
- Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts
- Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
- Execution skills- Report writing \xe2\x80\x93 Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations.
- Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc.
- Should have experience in Site inspections
- Knowledge about Financial Modelling
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Report writing
- Presentation and documentation work
