Job Title Assistant Manager | Valuations & Advisory | Mumbai Summary This position combines project execution with business development support, focusing on research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, and financial modelling. The Assistant Manager will handle both the technical aspects of valuation and advisory work, such as report writing and site inspections, as well as contribute to business development activities, including maintaining client and project databases and managing client queries.About the Role:
- Conduct research and feasibility studies; analyze demand-supply and highest & best use.
- Perform site inspections and assess property conditions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all work, monitor project timelines.
- Extensive experience in real estate advisory, advanced financial modeling, and Cashflow analysis.
- Masters degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in real estate advisory, financial modeling, cashflow analysis and report writing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
