What You Will Deliver * Trip Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific logistics requirements for customized trips.
Plan and design tailor-made logistics solutions, including transportation, activities, and any other logistical elements.
Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to arrange necessary resources and ensure smooth trip execution.
Monitor trip progress, addressing any issues or changes in real-time to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in trip operations.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and legal regulations.
Address any non-compliance issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
Team Coordination and Support:
Collaborate with the operations team to assign and delegate tasks, ensuring proper allocation of resources for trip execution.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in resolving any operational challenges, conflicts, or client complaints that may arise during trip execution.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for trip operations.
Proactively communicate with clients to understand their feedback, preferences, and expectations.
Address client queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or tailor-made logistics industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for trip planning, tracking, and reporting.
Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in logistics and travel operations.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple trips simultaneously.
