Responsibilities Responsible for the execution of IT & Service Logistics (SL) related Projects. Manage IM & VM Projects related to System Integration & Vendor Reverse Billing Prepare and Analyse CSR Data, send daily performance reports to the relevant stakeholders as per the set deadlines. Share findings from the reports to Head & Manager - Implementation Team and advice remedial measures. Contributes to overall Service Level Agreements as an individual contributor To be the Single Point of contact for all queries related to SL Business Central coordinator for Claim Management Requirements Presentation skills (Excellent). Communication skills, spoken and written (Excellent). Analytical, organisational and motivational skills (Excellent) Project Management skills (Excellent) Software skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (Excellent) Other Software skills - Power BI, TMS (Preferable) Negotiation and interpersonal skills (Good).
