The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of training, including partner and in-house training programs, classroom OJT (On-the-Job Training), certification processes, process improvement initiatives, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and effectively communicating with team members.
