Job Description

• Staff Supervision :
• Oversee kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and front-of-house employees during the shift.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide on-the-spot training and guidance to team members.
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operational Management :
• Manage the workflow to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Handle shift scheduling and manage break times.
• Ensure that the restaurant opens and closes according to the scheduled hours.
• Address any operational issues that arise during the shift.
• Customer Service :
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries and special requests.
• Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Quality Assurance :
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared according to company standards and recipes.
• Conduct regular quality checks on food and service.
• Address any quality issues immediately and take corrective actions.
• Health and Safety :
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness.
• Train staff on health and safety protocols.
• Ensure that safety equipment is available and in working order.
• Inventory and Supplies :
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages.
• Ensure that all supplies are stored properly and used efficiently.
• Conduct inventory counts at the end of the shift.
• Assist in placing orders for supplies when necessary.
• Financial Management :
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Ensure accurate processing of payments and receipts.
• Prepare shift reports on sales and financial transactions.
• Report any discrepancies or financial issues to senior management.
• Training and Development :
• Train new staff members on operational procedures and company policies.
• Provide ongoing training to existing staff to improve performance.
• Identify training needs and suggest improvements.
• Encourage a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Reporting and Communication :
• Prepare shift reports on sales, incidents, and staff performance.
• Communicate effectively with incoming shift managers to ensure a smooth transition.
• Relay important information and updates from senior management to staff.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all team members.

Pay: Up to ?26,000.00 per month
