Job Title: Assistant Manager - TicketingLocation: Chennai (Travel to Hyderabad as required)Experience: 6-7 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Ticketing with strong proficiency in Amadeus Software (Domestic & International Ticketing). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, along with the ability to manage travel requirements and expense reporting efficientlyKey Responsibilities: * Handle domestic and international ticketing using Amadeus software.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Manage travel arrangements and ensure seamless travel experiences for clients/employees.
  • Handle travel-related expense reporting, preferably using Zoho Expenses Tool.
  • Work out of Chennai, with the flexibility to travel to Hyderabad as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet operational targets.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Amadeus Software for ticketing (Domestic & International).
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Experience managing travel logistics and expense reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Familiarity with Zoho Expenses Tool.
  • Ability to join immediately.
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role.
