Assistant Manager / Team lead (.Net) (F/M/D) Responsibilities Operational and disciplinary management of a software development team for engineering applications. Close liaison with the software team leader in Germany. Overseeing workload, delegating tasks and ensuring quality and on-time delivery of tasks. Give guidance for personal and professional growth of team members. Reporting projects status. Hands of experience in recruitment process. Setting the annual goals for software engineers and monitor the team performance. What you\'ll be using: C#, .Net Core, MS SQL Server HTML5, JavaScript, CSS Knowledge of front-end technologies jQuery, TypeScript, Kendo UI Service Oriented Architecture Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. 10-15 years of professional experience. At least 3-5 years\' experience as team lead of a software development team. Proficient in .NET and web applications development. Excellent skills in software development within .NET Core framework and solid understanding of database technologies. Excellent skills in web-based software development using techniques like AJAX, REST, MVC. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
