Role: Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition) Experience: 4 to 6 years Location: Bangalore, Kalyan Nagar Notice Period: Immediate Joiners :

• Develop strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical, and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed
  Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements.
• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment across the functions and Handling a Team of Recruiters
• Work cross functionally and foster strong consultative relations with key stakeholders and lead the efforts in closing leadership mandates across business functions.
• Partnering with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights.
• Driving internal mobility through Internal Job Postings and Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Ensures the team implements the Recruitment Plan as per the Annual Operating Plan
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job portals, and professional networks), Internal Job Postings, Employee Referrals, Recruitment Database.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Create a pool of talent in pipeline by leveraging social media to attract passive candidates
• Ensures that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all positions sourced \xe2\x80\x93 New/Replacements
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
