Job Title: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Location: Delhi (Chattarpur)
Job Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays are WFH)Experience Required: 4-6 yearsResponsibilities:- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in leading the recruitment team.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to review job descriptions and understand hiring needs.
- Execute sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates\' experience, skills, and competencies.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future hiring needs and encourage employee referrals.
- Negotiate wage rates and employment terms when required.
- Prepare and submit candidate profiles to the hiring managers for consideration.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.
- Experience with ATS tools is a plus.
- Actively use LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels to identify talent.
- Regularly engage with candidates via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
