This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:
• Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, Operations and servicing teams /other
departments to ensure all projects should have the updated data to activate cards. o
Manage timely distribution of data to the various teams for card activation.
• Track performance of various channels in terms of improvement in card activation.
• Create and manage data views for reporting to various teams.
• Understand challenges faced by each team while managing card retention.
• Be a one point of contact for various departments for issues related to card Activation.
• Manage exiting LMS tool as a solution for card activation.
• Discuss with marketing team to increase spend active customers.
• The candidate should be self-motivated, multi-tasker and a demonstrated team-player.
• Participate in development of functionality by authoring documentation and
conducting demos.
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
• Good understanding of banking / credit cards space.
• Good with Excel & MS Office tools
o Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills o Ability to understand loophole
