• Helpdesk Services: Ensure timely and effective resolution of employee requests and closure of tickets raised on the helpdesk management tool.
• Facility Management Services: Manage front desk, housekeeping, pantry, pest control, reprographics, mail room, cafeteria, event management, meeting rooms, and parking etc.
• Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Compliance: Ensure SOP compliance and submit required reports by the 5th of every month.
• Financial Management: Ensure timely submission of monthly accruals and manage the budget.
• Procurement: Maintain purchase order tracker, submit MIS reports, and manage re-order levels.
• Vendor Management: Review sub-vendor performance monthly and quarterly and ensure contract compliance.
• KPI Management: Ensure KPI submissions by the 5th of every month.
• Breakdown Reporting: Report major/minor breakdowns affecting building occupants to the Manager.
• Supervision: Supervise all activities related to soft services.
• Client Engagement: Maintain cordial relationships with users, client and managing roadshows.
• Events & Hospitality: Design and handle events, and delegate responsibilities to team for smooth execution.
• User Interaction: Address issues related to soft services via roadshows or one-on-one meetings.
• Training: Conduct regular training sessions for the team.
• Sustainability: Implement and promote sustainability practices onsite.
• Technology: Utilize technology to enhance facility management processes and implement software solutions.
• Emergency Preparedness: Maintain emergency plans and conduct regular drills.
