We seek a Assistant Manager - Social Media Marketing with 3-5 years of experience to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand's objectives. The role involves driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and generating leads through creative and data-driven campaigns across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve business goals.
Manage and optimize content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand, and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and drive ROI.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and sales) to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Handle paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.
Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Masters in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a successful track record of driving engagement and growth.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing.
Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that drove engagement and conversions.
Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite), and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into impactful content.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
