Position: Assistant Manager - Electrical Location: Silvassa Experience: 7 - 8 Years Industries: Marble Responsibilities:- Plan and monitor daily/weekly and monthly maintenance schedule & corrective actions taken in case of expected delays.
- Assess capabilities of team members and according plan work allocation with the ultimate motive of increasing productivity.
- Planning for urgent / priority maintenance & breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor stock of spares and parts and indent whenever required.
- Time taken study for machine breakdown.
- Utilize scrap/waste material.
- Reduce procurement of spares & parts by developing the same inhouse.
- Ensure regular preventive maintenance schedule planning for machineries and control breakdown, repairs etc.
- Time & cost saving and also reduce the leasd time require to complete the repair of machine breakdown.
- Prepare ISO related documentation.
- Plant instrument & Electrical calibration work.
- All compliances.
- Do 5S related work.
- Support in creation of Annual Maintenance Plan (CAPEX/OPEX) for unitl &2.
- Basic -PLC.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
