- Experience and knowledge on SAP and billing.
- Knowledge on order tracking delivery.
- Periodic update to customer is key activity/responsibility.
- Constantly monitor and report on project progress and status to all stakeholders.
- Experience in managing international customer.
- Conflict management.
- Strong Verbal and written communications skills.
- A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction.
- Knowledge and Experience in API for Automation.
