1. Suggests ideas to the Head of Sales to enhance the guest experience, revenues and minimize costs.
2. Designs strategies and tactics for managing and enhance productivity of their particular accounts.
3. Assist in the development and preparation of the Sales and Marketing Plan.
4. Assists the Associate Head of Sales in all the aspects of his duties.
5. Ensures all VIPs from their portfolios are met on arrival and departure. Personally meets, interacts and entertains guests on a regular basis.
6. Visits all accounts from the portfolio depending upon the category, A/B/C/D
7. D - Through telecalling / email correspondence
8. Keeps a close watch for any potential security threat to the property (e.g. unclaimed baggage, suspicious guests etc) and promptly informs Superior / Security on such occasions.
9. Assesses the portfolio for Inbound/Outbound potential to ensure fair market share.
10. Finalizes contractual agreements with the companies.
11. Delivers potential from the portfolio.
12. Identifies new accounts and performs cold-calling.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
