Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand Tecza's market reach.
• Identify and explore new opportunities in the education, corporate, and retail sectors.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide timely responses and solutions to client inquiries and concerns.
• Product Promotion:
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits tailored to client requirements.
• Highlight Tecza's unique selling points in interactive panels, signage displays, and printers/copiers.
• Market Research:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Provide actionable insights for continuous product and service improvements.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Assist in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional content and presentations.
• Event Participation:
• Represent Tecza at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Network with potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for management review.
• Use data to suggest improvements in sales and marketing activities.
• Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with sales, support, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and guide team members on product features and effective sales strategies.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation for sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Personal Abilities & Requirements:
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is an added advantage.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and presentations.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Computer Literacy:
• Advanced computer skills for data analysis, reporting, and creating compelling presentations.
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build client relationships and foster team collaboration.
• Adaptability:
• Willingness to travel across South India for business meetings and events.
• Organizational Skills:
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities.
• Problem-solving:
• Analytical thinking to address challenges and devise practical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the educational technology or related industries.
