1. Designation- Assistant Manager, Sales2. Experience- 5+ years.3. Working days and time- Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6.30 pm4. Brief description of work:-- Drive sales of fruits by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.- Manage and expedite the recovery of amounts withheld by buyers. This includes negotiating payment terms and addressing any payment-related issues.- Conduct regular visits to Mandi (marketplace) to stay updated on market trends, source high-quality produce, and establish strong relationships with suppliers.- Work towards achieving performance targets to earn additional incentives based on sales achievements.
