: : Consumer Durables Area Sales Manager / Branch Sales Manager Position Overview We are seeking an energetic Branch Sales Manager with experience in the Consumer Durables industry, specifically in Home Appliances and Electrical Products, to oversee our operations in the Telangana Market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading and managing sales teams in the consumer durables sector, driving revenue growth, and implementing effective channel sales and distribution strategies. The Branch Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, introducing new products, and expanding our market presence in Chimneys, Fans, and other electrical appliances. Responsibilities

  • Channel Sales Leadership: Develop and execute channel sales strategies tailored for the Consumer Durables market to meet sales targets, covering both primary and secondary sales. Lead the team in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
  • Distribution Management: Efficiently oversee the distribution network, ensuring appropriate stock levels, timely deliveries, and effective inventory management for Chimneys, Fans, and other Home Appliances. Identify opportunities for optimizing distribution processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • New Channel Creation: Identify and explore opportunities to expand the distribution network in the Consumer Durables sector by creating new channels and partnerships. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate untapped markets and segments.
  • New Product Launch: Oversee the successful launch of new Home Appliances and Electrical Products into the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product launch plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and sales.
  • Product Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement product marketing initiatives specific to Chimneys, Fans, and other electrical appliances. This includes advertising, promotions, events, and branding activities. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team focused on Consumer Durables. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics within the Consumer Durables sector, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to ensure revenue targets are met. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share for Chimneys, Fans, and related products.
  • Field Operations: Lead by example by regularly visiting distributors and dealers in the Consumer Durables sector. Provide on-ground support, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities. Ensure the team is aligned with the company
