As an integral part of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships.

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure strong client relationships
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Manage and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate new leads
  • Contribute to the development of sales training programs and materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on long-term business growth
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
