Sr. Sales Engineer & Assistant - M&S Vertical

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Sales Ex. to lead our sales efforts in
the Portable & Stationary Generator Vertical (now called M&S-Mobile & Stationary). Existing
Product Range : 2.8kw to 12.5kva.
Key Responsibilities:
o Achievement of Sales Target for the M&S Division in the assigned area.
o The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep
understanding of genset products, and the ability to drive growth and build
lasting client relationships.
o Identify & Work Closely with a team of Channel Partners (existing & new),
providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the M&S generator set
market through Corporate & Bulk Customers.
o Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing deals,
ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
o Provide first hand post-sales support and follow-up to ensure ongoing client
satisfaction and retention.
? Market and Product Knowledge:
o Should be well versed with M&S range in the market, especially the Mobile or
Portable Range, Industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological
advancements.
o Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to stay updated
on product features and improvements.
o Educate clients and prospects about product benefits, features, and
applications.
? Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance
metrics to senior management.
o Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and
optimize sales strategies.
? Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop promotional
materials and support marketing campaigns.
o Coordinate with service and support teams to ensure successful project
implementation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
? Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
? Proven experience in the retail sales of lower capacity generator sets or power
generation industry. Preference will be given to M&S genset experience.
? Knowledge of energy regulations and compliance standards.
? Strong Customer-Objection Handling Skills.
? Proactive, Go-Getter, Good Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.
? Willingness to travel, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?700,000.00 per year
