• Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Corporates for Business to meet targets and achieve Company's objectiveso Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growtho Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment for all orders securedo Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLA's. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to timeo Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excelo Seek appointments and meet Senior Management of clients (CXOs)o Ability to strongly negotiate and close dealso Make presentations and give demos of the product suiteo Should be able to identify opportunities by analyzing Customer needs and propose solutions for overall business enhancemento Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships with Key personnelo Share Daily/ Weekly / monthly / quarterly business updates & achievements across products and segments to the Senior Managemento Should have B2B Sales experienceo Willing to be an individual contributor, generate leads and make cold callso Should have had hardcore field sales experienceo KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCEo Should have dealt with Corporates, Banks, FI'so Comfortable talking to GM's, CXO's and aboveo Experience in Digital Product Sales / Information Products will be an advantage
