Job Purpose
To generate revenue from the leads through different sourcing verticals.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Attending customer walk-ins, greeting and showing them the audio, video and project presentation
2. Taking customers to the site visit
3. Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc.
4. Filling the customer data sheet and entering it into SFDC
5. Negotiating with the customer and closing the deal
6. Handing over the booking formalities to the CRM
