: : Consumer Durables Area Sales Manager / Branch Sales Manager - General Trade Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic Area Sales Manager or Branch Sales Manager with expertise in the Consumer Durables industry, particularly in Home Appliances and Electrical Products, to oversee our operations in the Telangana Market. The ideal candidate should possess a successful track record of leading sales teams in the consumer durables sector, driving revenue growth, and implementing effective channel sales and distribution strategies. The Area Sales Manager / Branch Sales Manager will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, introducing new products, and expanding our market presence in Chimneys, Fans, and other electrical appliances. Responsibilities:

  • Channel Sales Leadership: Develop and execute channel sales strategies customized for the Consumer Durables market to meet sales targets, including primary and secondary sales. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
  • Distribution Management: Efficiently oversee the distribution network, ensuring appropriate stock levels, timely deliveries, and effective inventory management for Chimneys, Fans, and other Home Appliances. Identify opportunities to streamline distribution processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • New Channel Creation: Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden the distribution network in the Consumer Durables sector by establishing new channels and partnerships. Develop and implement strategies to enter untapped markets and segments.
  • New Product Launch: Supervise the successful introduction of new Home Appliances and Electrical Products into the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise product launch plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and sales.
  • Product Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement product marketing initiatives specific to Chimneys, Fans, and other electrical appliances. This includes advertising, promotions, events, and branding activities. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team focused on Consumer Durables. Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics within the Consumer Durables sector, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to ensure revenue targets are achieved. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share for Chimneys, Fans, and related products.
  • Field Operations: Lead by example by regularly visiting distributors and dealers in the Consumer Durables sector. Provide on-ground support, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities. Ensure the team is aligned with the company
