Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans - \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales Force Management & data management - \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report - \xe2\x80\xa2 Portfolio management - Maintaining healthy portfolio - \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure adherence to sales governance & compliance processes - \xe2\x80\xa2 Adherence to customer delivery & queries within defined TAT - \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. - \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolves issues regarding customer documentations - \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans for business expansion - identify and map new areas

Required Qualifications and Experience
