Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - RPA Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for providing Development and Technical support to our Internal stakeholders using RPA tools like Automation Edge. You will function as Senior Developer and help define best practices that can be further utilized to optimize the current system. You will closely work with Tech Leads, developers and managers.

Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through disciplined operational pursuit and solution management skills. You will be expected to be focused on RPA implementation industry's realities and pain points and know how to solve these using analytics and technology. You will be an individual contributor and take ownership of tasks assigned to you.

Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for technical issues faced by RPA development and support teams and should be able to guide and drive the team technically.
Implement RPA use cases independently based on the requirement gathering documents from different stakeholders.
Do Process Modelling and Process Re-engineering and suggest the To be process for Automation
Analyze and Architect Solutions for use case implementation using RPA Tool Automation Edge
Analyze and compare different existing models and solutions, finalize the solution approach and model to be used which would involve taking decision on the number of BOTs required , scheduling or constant polling, exception handling scenarios
Design the workflows for the use cases as per the best practices of the RPA tool Automation Edge
Should be able to perform integration with upstream and downstream applications required for RPA automation
Development of Workflows in any RPA tool like Automation Edge
Independently perform Automation Deployment of the use cases
Suggest innovative solutions with RPA and guide developers with implementations.
Review RPA implementations
Adopt the latest technologies required to implement RPA with Gen AI
Well versed in Python coding
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE or equivalent
Strong hands on Java or .Net experience, Python, SQL and Powershell
Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
